We offer a Fixed Fee Service which offers prices starting as follows:
Sales - £500
Purchases - £600
Transfers of Equity - £350
Remortgages - £350
We do charge for additional work that may come to light during the course of your transaction. However, we will never charge you for anything unless we have advised you first and you have agreed.
We have no hidden costs or charges.
Sometimes, we have to pay third parties a variety of costs during the course of a transaction. Some of them to bear in mind are as follows:
Title Documents - £3.90 per document
ID Check - £15 per person
Search Pack for Purchases - £250
CHAPS fees for sending money - £42
Registration Fees - Varies between £40-£550
Stamp Duty - Varies according to your purchase price.
As standard, on a £200,000.00 property, with disbursements, our clients would typically pay as follows: -

Purchases - £972
Transfers of Equity - £416
